Welcome to Off Court Goods. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Our Store Off Court Goods sells pre-owned, second-hand goods. All items are sourced and curated by us and sold in their current condition as described in each product listing.

2. All Sales Are Final All purchases made through Off Court Goods are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing, or personal preference. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the item description, condition notes, and photos, and agree to our all sales are final policy.

3. Product Descriptions & Condition We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each item, including visible wear, flaws, or imperfections. All items are pre-owned and should be expected to show signs of prior use unless otherwise noted. Please review all listing details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, contact us before placing your order.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to a listing error.

5. Order Processing Orders are processed in the order they are received. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Off Court Goods reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Off Court Goods is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

7. Damaged or Significantly Not-As-Described Items If you receive an item that is significantly not as described or was damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at 20x44sports@gmail.com. We will review each case individually. This is the sole exception to our all sales are final policy and does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including photos, descriptions, and branding, is the property of Off Court Goods and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Off Court Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
