Thank you for shopping with Off Court Goods. Because all of our items are pre-owned and second-hand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges All items are sold as-is. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

Item Condition We take great care to accurately describe the condition of each item, including any visible wear, flaws, or imperfections, in the product listing. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been submitted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is significantly not as described or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] so we can review your case. This is the only exception to our all sales are final policy.
