1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods We ship via USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

4. Domestic Shipping Only At this time, Off Court Goods ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages Off Court Goods is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at [your email] and we will do our best to help.

7. Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at 20x44sports@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review each case individually in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Off Court Goods is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
